It's Friday!! Today and this weekend, just do something(s) just for the fun of it! What do you want to do?
I am going to have 2 granddaughters, Daphne (10) and Phoebe (7) with us for the weekend.

today is my daughters B-day so my mom and I are spending the day with her. Of course at the mall. I'm trying to think positive but I'm having one of those days where I would rather stay home and read a book. Laundry is all done and things are ready to go just need to get myself psyched to do this.
11/10 was a yes x 3 my computer is not letting me post at night.3 -

Exercise: yes. Carried the heavy baby through the Mary Rose museum (super old wreckage and artefacts from a Henry viii ship) and pushed the buggy all round the historic docklands.
Calories: even though I had a small fish and chips lunch (yum!) I managed to have healthy small portions the rest of the day.
Tracking: yep, everything!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep...30 minute Step class, 30 minute Pump and Sculpt class, 30 minutes on the Elliptical, 45 minutes walking on treadmill, and 60 minutes strength training.

I totally passed on chocolate glazed donuts at the office, then passed on
airplane peanuts, and landed in Chicago , ready to eat. This challenge gives me strength.
I ordered fish after walking to the restaurant and getting lost. I think I'm good.

Remembering my Father. He did some heavy lifting in the Pacific some 60 years ago.2 -

Everyone is doing great!! I am very proud of you all.
I am still on the edge of a cold. I did my exercises this morning, but not with the energy that I had planned.
Exercise: 20 minutes Active Stretch, then 32 minutes HIIT
Calories; under the limit

I'm going to have to use Pass #2. We went out today as a family and I had every plan on working out when I got home but then the car broke down and we had to be towed back to the house as well as finding someone to carry all four of us home. So, that took several hours and by the time we got home I was close to tears and tired so I went to bed.0

I set a personal record in one of the complex lifts. I did a 105 lbs on a clean and jerk. It took me 3 attempts but I got it. Followed that by a 15 min workout of pull ups push-ups and squats.
I definitely paid for all of that today. So sore!2 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Today I walked around walmart for longer than an hour. I am going to consider that exercise because I was exausted when I was done. I also had a lot of other stores I went to and a lot of errands to run.
