Need help!!

I just joined this group and now I found out I have extremely high triglycerides-like dangerously high. I need some major help and accountability for this and what better place to come to. I already started a food journal-not so good today. Slowly I will get into a routine, but for now, if nothing please pray for me.

    I am on the 5:2 FAST diet it really lowers triglycerides levels Have a look at it A lot of people have commented on the health benefits It has helped me
