Anyone interested in posting pictures of each meal at the end of the day for a full day of eating thread?

Breakfast: 3 eggs fried in butter, with two thin butteredslices of toasted soul bread. Salt and pepper. There is a cup of coffee with a tbsp of cream as well.

I might get in on this once I go back to CKD, after my RFL run starting next week. The latter would actually qualify as low-carb, but it's also nearly zero fat (other than EFAs from fish oil caps), and I doubt anyone here is interested in seeing a bunch of pictures of plain swai filets, cans of tuna, and a few chicken tenderloins. xD

I have been completely bread free for two years...since I moved into the motorhome. When I moved in, I donated my nice toaster to Goodwill thinking I will never use it again. (I rarely used it for bread...more for those frozen hash brown patties...let em thaw and throw in the toaster...brown & crispy quick). Now looking at your plate (food porn) and seeing posts about "soul bread" I may have to go back to Goodwill to buy a toaster. I kinda miss sopping up egg yolk with a piece of toast.

That bread looks fabulous - I think I'm going to try it after Thanksgiving. The only time I miss bread is with eggs with runny yolks.

Here is mine for the day
    kkjtou7nszcb.jpg

Breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs (we were out of regular eggs) 2 slices uncured bacon and 1 avocado
Lunch - we ate out and I forgot to take a picture so this is a picture off the menu - pot roast and a bit of salad with ranch dressing not pictured (just a few of the tomatoes and a few bites of the mixed greens)
Supper - chicken thigh roasted and "fried rice" - it is one of the new riced blends from Green Giant (1 cup of that) and I added a touch of soy sauce and a touch of sesame oil and one scrambled egg. On their own I don't like the riced blends - but when I do this I love them. Oh and not pictured I had two hard salami and cheese panino rolls while I was heating up supper.
Special treat - Caveman Keto Cheesecake (testing out keto cheesecake recipes for Thanksgiving as that is the dessert I'm bringing). This recipe is really good - and a great way to add fat on days that my macros are falling short and I have the net carbs left for it (like today).

I forgot to take a picture of dinner before I mashed it up into an unpalatable mess, but it was fish taco salad. I use equal parts shredded lettuce and cabbage, shredded Mexican blend cheese, a dressing made of guacamole, sour cream, a couple squeezes of lime juice and salt then top it off with oven roasted cod seasoned well with my homemade taco seasoning (spices only). Drinking unsweetened tea with a squirt of lemon juice.

I love watching you tube what I eat in a day videos....but get tired of all the chatting in some of them. I like seeing what other folks doing low carb eat...it gives me ideas to try.

Anyone have one to share? Also do you think I can freeze the 6 pieces left of the cheesecake individually so it won't go bad? I don't want to get in the habit of eating one every night.

Breakfast - medium iced coffee with 3 cream and I added my own truvia
Lunch - chicken thigh and the faux fried rice
Supper - 2 eggs fried in butter, 4 slices uncured bacon, really small avocado, and 1 babybel cheese (my daughter ate the other one)
Snacks - cheesecake and at the staff meeting today I had 100g of cucumber and ranch dip and some pepitas I had packed...they kept me away from the treats but I forgot to grab a picture.

I would say you could definitely freeze cheesecake slices individually.
