Realized I was at 410..... my wedding is in a little less than a year. I have to do something. Time to get started.

    Good to see you here. You have a big event to motivate you. Thats so good. You can do this. I was 385 16 months ago. Now 288. Just log a d learn and lost often to keep you accountable.
