I run a daycare from my house. So I get to be a stay-at-home mom I also get to be a working mom. I just can't find the time to work out. I don't want to get up before seven. I don't get it a Break during the day. After the kids go to sleep I have to clean house do dishes laundry and all that jazz where is the time to work out?

Time is definitely a problem. I am a stay at home mom and I'm also in school online. No where near as busy as you but I understand your delema. I've done a LOT of reading and research and if you can't set a block of time to work out try to do exercises throughout the day. Like a set of ten squats. At a different time try running in place. If you do things through out the day even if it is only a minute, it really starts to add up.

Hey there! I agree. I would try to fit in "little exercises" throughout the day. think: lunges or wall push ups. Maybe keep some dumbbells close by

But honestly, I'm a really busy lady too (mom, school, work, church, PTA, book clubs, ETC) and I found that I LOVE waking up earlier than my son. It gives me "me" time and I'm able to workout peacefully. It gets my day started out right and I feel accomplished. And if you only have 15 minutes to do a quick work out - So be it! at least you fit in some time to exercise.
