This is my low exercise season (6 months really), as I only ride my horses and do lots of outside exercise in the warm weather. This is my 'easy to add fat' season. Whenever I do new exercises, and HIIT cardio, I get sore. When I get sore, I sometimes take one of the above. When I take an Aleve, Ibuprofen, or other NSAID, I immediately bloat up by 2-5 lbs.
What medications make you do that?

I have low blood pressure my circulation is so poor that I'm purple. So I have to either take sodium pills or eat Chips I go for the chips but too much of either and I bloat.LOL

I never thought about that. I just finished my first bottle of Naproxen. I wonder if that affects me? Heh, Bicycle is a poor man's horse. I go bike riding in the fall and I come up on horse camps. Oh man, there is an unrealized ambition.2

I guess I have never correlated bloat with NSAIDs.. Hmmmm I am going to have to pay closer attention when I take them to see if I do the same.0

Exercise: Yes. I pushed the buggy (US stroller?) to the supermarket that's further away from my house but bigger to get something they ended up not having in stock but still bought groceries etc so that the buggy was heavy laden with bags and then pushed it back home uphill. My biceps clearly needed it as they were aching! Also, Thursday is baby swimming day so my baby water aerobics/weights again!
Calories: Yes. Just 100 spare.

I'm lucky and not on any medication (touch wood). I really feel for those of you who are doing so well with your exercise and eating and factors beyond your control then don't show the weight loss that's deserved due to medications. I too have weeks where I stall and gain for no apparent reason but hey ho. We'll get there in the end.2 -

Hi Everyone,
This was one of my longest workdays as I do a public workshop two Thursdays per month ( but not in December). It's been a good year for our law firm as we have served many people with ever more varied solutions.
Exercise was my base line 30 minutes at 4mph
Tracking: ok
