Healthy LCHF snacks?

Hello to all and thanks for the add! I looked through the launch pad and I didn't really find what I was looking for, so my apologies in advance as I'm sure to be the 100th person in a month to ask. I just started LCHF in an effort to be fat-adapted for an upcoming ultra marathon. I want to ensure a diversity in my diet and would prefer my fats come from plant sources when possible. Also, I try and stay as "whole food" as I can. Because I'm a huge snacker, I need some snack ideas! Eggs and almonds are the only LCHF friendly snacks in the house right now, lol.

Once you become more adapted to this way of eating, you may find that you don't need any snacks anymore.
That being said,
Celery and cucumber with full-fat ranch dip or cream cheese based dip
Pork rinds
Pepperoni sticks
Deli meats
Cubes of cheese/cheese string
Pickles
Low carb berries such as blueberries or raspberries

I've noticed I don't have post-dinner snack cravings! Very cool stuff! Thanks for the suggestions0 -
I have a MFPal who is a runner. In training for her half marathon a few weeks ago, she did a 10 day fat load followed by 3 days of super high carb (~400 grams) just prior to her race. Had a personal best! Her every day food choices have always been what most would consider "clean" and plant based high carb.
I perused her food diary (just now) to get an idea of what she was eating during the fat load to see if there was anything unique. She ate a bit of fish (salmon), various cheeses, seeds and nuts, almond and peanut butters, full fat plain yogurt, avocados, eggs, and a mix of whole milk/half and half/heavy whipping cream. Mostly whole milk. I didn't see ANY of the snacky type stuff often seen such as pork rinds but she usually had some 83% chocolate. No casserole creations. Just food. Carbs were less than 50 and fat was ~150. Protein was slightly less than fats. All generally speaking, of course.
Hope that helps.2 -
For high fat snacks from non-animal sources:
walnuts
pecans
avocado/guacamole on __________ (you fill in the blank as you can put multiple things there)
avocado with hot sauce - I am the only one I know who eats this but I think hot sauce goes with just about anything.
MCT oil in green drinks or coffee0 -

MCT oil? Yes, hot sauce goes with everything!0 -
Thanks all! I loaded up on walnuts, almonds, peanuts, pecans, full fat yogurt, bacon (it's a whole food, yes??), and walnuts (which are zero net carbs if I'm looking at it right).2

MCT oil is coconut oil with one of the four fatty acids removed allowing it to be liquid at room temperature. MCT = medium chain triglyceride1
