    I didn't maintain a strict calorie intake this week. I considered it a maintenance week because of my daughter visiting from out of town for a performance I was in. So it's nice to see a 1 lb. loss anyway. Moving in the right direction.

    I lost a pound, I know it was only due to exercise as my food choices were not on track but not excessive.
