Getting back on track

Hey there! My name is Lena and I had the gastric sleeve on 12/16/14. My highest weight was 278, I was 250 the day of surgery and at my lowest I was down to 167 with my goal being 160lbs. It seems like I am forever trying to stay on track/get back on track with my diet and here I am trying again. I had gotten back up to 178-180 but was able to qualify for skin removal surgery which I had done on 10/10/16 and am finally able to start working out again, yay! Before the skin removal surgery I was working out 3-4 days a week and I have really missed it! Right now I am at about 172 and I really want to work on toning and getting to my goal of 160lbs. I'm just here looking for friends to help keep me motivated and on track. Thanks for listening!

Hi! I also had the sleeve.. My surgery was four years ago on October 2, 2012. Initially I lost 121 lbs. but since then I've changed my eating habits and gained about 50 lbs back also. I'm on several weight inducing medications but I do strenuous activity at least once or twice a week combined with walking. My weight is level at this point so I am trying the logging and renewed low carb. It's frustrating not seeing the scale move!2

I'm hitting facing up to being in maintenance myself. Two years out from RNYGB, HW 350, now 200, which is up about 15 pounds from my low a year ago. Working out daily and loving it, but letting carbs (especially sweets) creep back in. Need to get back to basics, I know I can't take my success to date for granted. I need to starting recording everything again...4
