I went shopping today for all of our thanksgiving dinners. That's right plural.. we have 2 big meals planned this week. I also went to the gym.

Yes x 3 this morning I took out a snow marker.
You would think I was speeding I was parking the car and the car just would not stop and took out the marker for the snow plow guy. oh well

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Sure did. I went to the gym and 35 min on the stationary bike and 45 min on the treadmill. I was at the gym 3 weeks ago after not being there during the summer, and today I finally was able to get back. With the cold weather now, I'll be doing a lot of my exercise there. It's Planet Fitness and is only $20 a month. I've been going there for a year or two and really like it!

You guys got me to thinking about my old gym. I let my coverage lapse and went outside. That worked out. My gym is kind of cool though in that they have a one off. You can buy a workout for ten dollars. That ain't a day and they will tell you no re-entry. But sometimes I do it. I will just get the spin bike and do sit ups. 15 minute spin 15 sit ups. Repeat that until you get ten dollars worth.
But I don't mean to disparage Walmart walking. But there is a step up from that. Mall walking. Go there before the stores open. No people. You can strong walk in a mall. Running is kind of weird. But yeah, I been known to do that.2 -
