Whether or not I exercise, I aim to consume 2,000 or more calories per day and feel great at that amount. I am still working on leaning down. I don't feel right on fewer calories either. So, I'd like to meet friends who have this similar approach to eating. I did find a group that does this but it seems that no one has been active in it for over 4 years. Please comment or friend me if you consume 2,000 or more calories per day.

Hi there. I don't track very regularly, but I typically eat over 3000 cals to gain right now and never less than 2000 to lose. I maintain around 2500. You can add me if you want!

Hey there! My daily calorie goal range is 1900-2300 depending on my physical activity! :) Anything lower then that and I'm starving and unhappy.

My maintenance is about 2000 kcal/day. Could be more if I didn't sit at a desk 8 hours a day lol. I lift 5x a week, do low intensity walking for about 30 min 3 times a week and do sprint HIIT intervals 2x a week. The low intensity walking is slow about 3.2 speed on treadmill and is just to get some movement in since I sit all day.

On rest days I aim to eat less about 15-1600 kcal.
