Happy thanksgiving!! I wish I could say I'm doing great lol! Between the hot flashes, night sweats, thinning hair and increased waistline even tho weight still within range of wearing size 12 ( it's driving me crazy ugh!) but finally getting the scale to budge some ( I switched to estroven weight management brand and have noticed it's helping to supress my appetite a little better than without and some of the hot flashes and night sweats have subsided which I am so thankful for yay!) hoping to see the scale keep going downward even if it's just a couple pounds a week I'll take that too!
