    It's made with butternut squash and cauliflower. It was effing amazing. The topping is pecans with butter, sweetener, cinnamon, and garlic salt. I think I liked it better than actual sweet potato casserole.

    Roommates made a turducken which turned out really well.
    I did a sausage stuffing and deviled eggs including some filled with guacamole.

    So for the first time I tried a spatchcocked turkey. Really nice especially if you have a large bird. It take a minute and some muscles to get the backbone out but once you do it's easy to break the breast bone. Lay that sucker out and roast at half the time and there is SO much more crispy skin! It's also juicy compared to the typical bird.

    I boiled the backbone with the neck and inners to make gravy.

    @RowdysLady, Well darn! I've butterflied chickens before for the grill but never once thought of doing that with a turkey. I think I see a giant sheet pan in my future. Thanks for the idea.
