    Pass day 2
    Didn't manage to exercise with my husband's parents here. Tried to get some walking in but my mother in law joined me and she walks so slowly it really doesn't count as my heart rate will have slowed down if anything!
    It's also now late and freezing so I'm going to bed without logging all my food but at a guess I was under my calories. Hope you're all having lovely weekends.

    Another obstacle to surmount: A fund raiser brunch with all kinds of delicacies to tempt, coupled with the slightly awkward meet-and-greet hour was handled with hands full of coffee and a plateful of full of fruit. Whew!

    Exercise: Yes - Greenway 3.79 mile brisk walk - I walked with a fast friend!

    Pass Day #3! Over calories again. Went to my sister in laws for dinner and she made a vegan tort that was a bit decadent. I'm not sure how many calories it was, but I think I was definitely over. I also enjoyed it with a couple glasses of wine too! I better smarted up or I'll be out of the winner's circle!

    Oh dear. Three yeses for me today but only because I danced the calories off. I went out for a friends birthday and ended up having a great time and paid for it Sunday. Let's just say my friend thought Tequila shots were a good idea and I played along. Ouch

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I cleaned at least an hour, probably two, at my dad's house, getting ready for my sister-in-law's mom to see dad's house first time in 4 years. There was a lot of dusting to do!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope. My dad, hubby, brother, sister-in-law, and sis-in-law's mom (my sis couldn't make it, as she had to get up early the next day...and my mom passed 8 years ago) ordered pizza and my dad bought a couple of pies and, of course, we brought our ice cream from home to go with the pie.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Nope. Was too hard with dinner. Ended up snacking for lunch, too, unfortunately.
