    Another AZ hiking destination, Echo Canyon. It does not feel like exercise when you hike a place like this. Love it.

    This is the marina in Monterey Harbor after the sun came up. It was such a delight to walk in such a beautiful place. Once the sun rose, it got noisy because the seals and sea lions began to bark raucously. A very sensory experience!

    Morning guys!!! I woke up this morning and I have a migraine I worked in drive thru yesterday and I'm telling you those guys in those monster trucks with those bad mufflers could kill you. The noise the exhaust and today I have a half day out there :s So I'm doing the I'm thankful early just to get thru it all. ;) I am thankful that tomorrow I will be home with my family to spend the day with them and not working so I will pop a few more pills and get thru the day.

    Good morning all! I am just coming off of covering the inpatient unit for the past 5 days (holiday scheduling). Anyway, I definitely used up all my pass days. :-( Made some good choices in there but overall ate too much. Now we are heading out to Tahoe for Thanksgiving for 4 days. Hope to get in some good skiing since there is some snow there. Will have to plan to not go overboard on the food since this past week has not been what I had hoped.

    Rick, I love Monterey. So beautiful. I love to run along the ocean there going south through Pacific Grove.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 45 minute Power Pump class, 30 minute Step class, 30 minute Pump and Sculpt class, 45 minute Barre class, 75 minute Yoga class, and 30 minutes strength training.

    I tried to get back on track but still missed it!
    - Exercise - Yes, treadmill 30 minutes, body pump 30 minutes
    - Tracking - sort of.. it fell apart at the Indian restaurant..my son's favorite and it was his birthday.
    - Calories - NO! My best guess is still over my state calories! Darn!!!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No (dinner of store-bought pizza and then later on popcorn and an ice cream cone did me in.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?Yes I got on the Elliptical machine for 40 min. I am keeping with the new routine of running for I min and walking for 1 min. The intervals last for the entire 40 min.

    Reporting late.
    Yes Xs three for 11/23. Lots of running errands and even went to a morning class to get a good workout in before Turkey day.
    I stayed well under my calorie goal and hopefully that will help with the abundance of calories over the next couple days.

    That is a National Park called Zion. Those trails go up to places called slot canyons. I forget the name of them.

    In this life, on this planet, you have to see that. I want to tell young people that. You have to have a certain amount of athletic capacity to see the best of what this planet has to offer.

    What is a good picture for that?
