Hey yall, I have been on this for awhile but never fully committed. Now I'm mentally prepared to start my journey! I have a long ways to go, but my small goals are to lose 8-10lbs a month. Add me I'm in need of some sista love lol

I will add you too! I'm up and down, and continuously falling off the wagon! But I'm trying to finally reach my goals this year. I have around 3 stone max to lose. Really want to feel my best. I turned 30 this year and really want to enter my thirties feeling happy with my body!!1
