self sabotage- anyone else?

So, if you all have been following me here, you know last week I took a breathalyzer test to test for ketones....which revealed I was not in ketosis. Well, that did a number on my mental outlook. I pummeled and sort of got into an 'I don't care anymore" mindset. Which isn't true. I just felt ....I don't even know the word I'm looking for. I've been struggling to get myself back on tract. I think I'm finally back on track. A friend told me she doesn't focus too much on that and just tries to stay the course cuz she feels better. She admits to going off on occasion but doesn't beat herself up over it.
I think I need to develop that attitude and not beat myself up as much as I do.

    I'm trying to get back on track today. Think about it, if we get back on track, the past few days will only be a slight hiccup. <this pep talk I need to give myself- but if it benefits you, feel free to use it. Lol

    I got off track yesterday (my second day and I cheated with potato chips ><) All I can do is brush myself off and keep going. I can make this work!

    For a week now I have been off track. I get worried I wont b able to get back on track. The good news is pie, etc is gone and out of the house. I hope to do better 2day.

    I've been off track too. Too much going on in life. Wish I could find a way for things not send me to comfort food. A day at a time, right?
