Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

We are closing in on the end of the month. Please send me a message if you are going to be in the Winner's Circle for the month of November. We all want to applaud your consistent accountability!!!
I am so happy to be in this UAC with all of you!
I cannot be faithful to my own goals without accountability partner(s). Your participation and sharing make this group EXTRAORDINARY! Thanks2 -
Ok tried to message you a few times and it keeps saying no can do this morning so I'll just say Yep I'm in.

Started the day off right with a bootie kicking spin class. I tried to take some pics to "prove" I was there (and because I wanted to try out my new iPhone 7 that I had to get because I dropped and destroyed my previous phone....sigh). Anyway, it is hard to take a picture of your own feet clipped onto a bike, in a dark room, and not fall off, and not just make it look like a giant leg with a foot and pedal way down there. So, no picture from me.
I'm going to eat well today and I'm gathering determination for the December challenge!3 -
Yeah, here is Rick nudging us back towards our professed purpose. Alright, starting in December I am playing for real. But I still got really weird exercise stories.
Day 3 of my free trial at the gym. I have this curiosity of that stair climbing machine. Me and Mr. Knee have been giving that machine like that a sideways glance for what seems like years. Alright. Today we gonna try it. My big curiosity is if Mr. knee will put up with it. Panned out ok. I think it turns out that stair climbing is a nice recovery day for Mr. Heart. Check this.
So that is 45 minutes to get my heart to 120 and burn 320 calories.
43 minutes. I think I seen a readout on that machine of 54 steps per minute. What's that?
Oh, 8 inches per step. So 43 minutes, I got like 1500 feet climbing.
Heh. if I got this figured right, in 90 minutes I can climb 3,000 feet.
But 90 minutes on a stair stepper, here you go, brand name "Stairmaster"
90 minutes on Stairmaster at level 5 is climbing Hancock more than twice.
How is that for a weird fantasy?

Rick, I, too, was having problems - "There was a problem with your request.
Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue."
I think the answer is Yes. I was noncompliant for two of the days, so if I can make it through tomorrow, I'm in the circle! Right? In or out, this was still a win for me. UAC helped me hold it together through a trying month and even I lost a bit. That's a win!
For today, NOVEMBER 29
Exercise - Yes, swimming 1600 meters. ( Today I see that the top YMCA 12-year-old boy has a 50 meter time of 22 seconds. I couldn't resist - my 50 meter time? 1 minute +! Yikes!)
Tracking - Yes
Calories - Yes3 -
@MiamiSeoul; @fitqueenbess; @Shutterbuggg; and 2020pinktogo are all poised to enter the Winner's Circle.
I cannot reach @fearlessinmy3rdact Would some of you try to reach out to him? He signed in on Thanksgiving and now I cannot connect with him. Thanks, Rick0 -
@bocasdelbob are you using a traditional stepper at the gym or one of the new 'stairmills'. I have read about the surging popularity of the stairmills, but I have never used one.0

OOPs! @2020pinktogo will be in the Winner's Circle too! Congratulations to all of you!0

Exercise? Yes, went to the gym. It was a really small class so I took a video of myself working on my front squat. I have definitely improved my depth in to the squat but still need to work on keeping my chest up. Still good to see improvement though! Yay!
Calories? Yes, I had plenty of calories left for the day so I decided to add in a protein shake to help with my well worked muscles the last 2 days.
Tracked? Every BLT3 -

A stairmill I think. Kind of like this one only older model.
