    My wife can't stand buffets so we have never been to one. I, on the other hand, used to frequent a China Buffet near my office and would eat myself in to a coma. Wasn't much good for the afternoon after those pig out sessions. But that has been long gone from my life after I joined WW, so I never have to apply those tips.

    I find the "all you can eat" to be too expensive especially for my waistline. I don't choose it in general.

    Yup, me too with the Chinese buffet. I didn't make a conscious decision not to go but I don't think I have since I started WW. Too many points and really, just not worth it.
