1. Keep up with walking goals despite the dark and how much I loathe walking on the gym walk track
2. Focus on some strength training
3. Flu shot!!! Time to take it like a lady and get stuck for the greater good.
4. Check in frequently on a friend who just had surgery.
5. Prepare my husband for his own surgery - get him walking with me during his weigh-in months.0 -
1. Hit the "220's". Should be easy seeing as how I am only two pounds away and today is 12/01!
2. Hit the "teens." Possible, if I work on #3.
3. Walk more. Every. Single. Day.
4. Survive the holiday "junk food bonanza." I made it through FOUR Thanksgiving meals, should be able to do this too!
5. Get busy with the strength training. I've been pretty lazy about it!0 -
I'm only 2.5 weeks post-surgery and new here, but this seems like a great idea. Thanks!
1. Stick to the soft food diet without cheating at all (today is day 4!).
2. Graduate to real food on 12/28.
3. Start walking every day, even if it's only for a few minutes.0 -

Congratulations on getting your surgery! Stick with your doctor's plan he has laid out for you and you will see results!

1. Maintain my workout schedule of cardio in the a.m., lifting 3x per week, and jogging 2x per week
2. Stick to my diet plan through the holidays. I did pretty well with Thanksgiving, so hoping Christmas goes well too.
3. I want to lose 9lbs by my follow-up appointment at the end of the month. Not sure if it will happen, but I'm going to try.0
