    Good Morning BBB.
Made it to Dalton, GA after a late start. We will be home before dinner. Goofy traffic yesterday. A half hour delay on the interstate for no apparent reason. Literally at a total stop.
We will be arriving home to at least 5 inches of snow.
Enjoying the Facebook pictures of BBB Christmas trees and home decorations.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Mornin' BBB.

Wee bit of snow on the ground this AM.

Had quiet evening with DW and pups last night after finally finishing yard and garden prep for winter.

Going to put up some lights tonight. Still discussing a tree with DW.

    Continued safe travels, Raine.

    Feeling better, Skip?

We have decided to do minimal Christmas decorating - a few outside lights and some decorations inside but not the whole Megillah.

    Morning Gang~

I love it - "Megillah" in the a/m! You know its gonna be a fun day!

Drifted to sleep after another dose of A/S Plus and banana pudding (pudding is a must when you have the flu) - but up and at work today.... Not feeling much better despite a full nights rest.

Safe driving, Raine. Let us know you arrived home safely!

    Inspire someone today!

    Safe travels Raine

Weekend goes too fast. Going to be another busy week I predict. Everything in an emergency in retail in December.

    Good Morning,
Busy weekend, got to see Chris and Dennis last night.
Had planned on getting a little shopping done Saturday, but that did not happen; either overdone it loading or unloading extra flooring that I took back for credit or something hit me. Felt fine Sunday, in fact attended two church events.
Fulton County did a reclassification study over 3 years ago, about a year an half ago when they provided my classification I filed an appeal. This morning I receive a notice that I have a hearing at 10:40 tomorrow downtown and am welcome to have representation, love the notice. In the past year and half I have taken on additional duties and changed offices plus I have moved at home; I do not currently even know where my file is on this since they have waited so long. Supposedly every appeal was to be completed by the end of 2015 and backpay would be made to January 1, 2015. To give you an example of how absurd this study was, no one ever talked to anyone in our department about what we do or did, we filed forms of job duties which I later find out they did not read. When classifications came out my boss was classified lower than they had me. The brilliance of government.
DMIL finished off a couple bottles of wine over the weekend and I notice her with several beers, when DW got on to her she disappeared downstairs. When I went to put some stuff in large refrigerator downstairs I noticed a case of beer gone. I did not look in her refrigerator to see what was in there. We were expecting the kids for weekend but they changed what they were doing.
    Safe travels Raine.
Skip, hope you feel better soon; there is a lot of stuff going around down here.
Lisa, I did not know they had a term for it; but yes I admit I steal lots of ideas and things from you and other WW folks.
Zumba can twist and pull on muscles one has not used in a while, similar to one going out in spring and doing yard or garden work after being in most of winter.
Mary, you can come decorate our house for me; I've got the stuff out and scattered in greatroom and dining. Tree is up just nothing on it.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

Good morning BBB Friends. Yep, Sam, me and DWs went to the same church cantata last night. Good Christmas music. Raine, Dalton is/was the carpet capitol of the world. Needless to say they have lost a lot of jobs the last 10 years. A lot of the manufacturers are converting to other flooring materials. I must be a few years older than you because we did away with Megillah a few years ago. I used to get a lot of holiday stress trying to meet other peoples holiday expectations. We cut way back. Get well Skip.

    Hello BBB

Got a good drop of snow in our parts yesterday, as seen on TV if you watched the Packers finally getting two wins in a row. I think maybe 4 inches in our yard. The plow passed by twice. All cleared up this morning and melting already.

Sam, I'd love to decorate your new house! I'll even get dmil involved :)

I cut back the last several years with decorating, but with my gorgeous new house, I really was in the mood this year. And now, I am done. No stress, can sit back and enjoy the rest of Dec.

Steph, I can only imagine retail in Dec.... take care of yourself, too.

Doc Skip, feel better. You should stay home when you are sick and rest up.

Have a safe rest of your drive, Raine. Loved seeing your adventure photos!

Speaking of DMIL. She was at the cantata last night and was a delight. I don't know this woman Sam speaks of sometimes.

Steph - I can only imagine retail in December. You are a seasoned pro but the bet it still feel crazy.
Dennis and Sam - so cool that you get together.
Mary - this time last year Jack and I had a sleepover at your old house. Fun!
Bill - I hope the AS is doing the trick and beating that bug.

90 miles from Louisville. 40 degrees and overcast - smooth roads.

Today is the roughest - hopefully! Thinking it wasn't the smartest idea to get in hot tub Friday night with windchill in the teen's.... ugh.....

Hope Jack is enjoying the ride.

A year ago already Raine?! So fun to have you both, though much too short a visit. Is Jack doing the show again this year?

Skip, that's the BEST time to get in the hot tub! Living here in Michigan, people have hot tub parties in the snow regularly. :) We will definitely have a hot tub at our next home.

Drive safely, Raine! The snow on the roads is all melted here, thank goodness. It was a bit rough driving home from church last night. I never got above 35 mph. We're supposed to get more on Wednesday.

Dennis, good for you for sticking up for dmil! Poor, sweet lady. ;)

Sam, stealing ideas is where it's at. We are a team! It's how we lift each other up. I'm in a fb group with about 120 other leaders from around the country, and we share much more than is "allowed" on the approved pages. It helps me! I really hate the push against nationwide communication.

I have a mug ready to mail out. I'm all excited! **jumps up and down**

OK rain did turn to snow but not really sticking. Slush is going away for a few hours anyway. We'll see about tonight.

By the time I put carbide studded snow tires on my bicycle (ya knew I was nutso? right?) the slush was starting to go away. Rode to the gym for weight training. Will just leave the winter tires on the bike for now.
