Well, folks, it's December and it's another week of sticking to your diet and doing your best to get healthy. Got a few new people and hope to see some new/updated weigh-ins.     Well after taking a week off I'm back

    Last time: 287 lbs
    This week: 289.5 lbs

    I can't lie I haven't been doing very well with the weight loss for a while now. The only good I can say is hopped on my bike the last few days and to my surprise I did pretty well. My legs were sore for a while but I felt good in the end. Since the holidays are still around I can only imagine what this month will look like. It's tough for me to be honest with these weigh-ins but hey I'm trying.

    Another decent loss this week, though not as big as the previous one. I'm hoping to hit 100 lost before the end of the year, and with 4 weeks left I think that is entirely doable.

    Last Week: 320.8 lbs
    This Week: 319 lbs (-1.8 lbs)

    Starting GFB weight: 359.4
    Total lost with Team GFB: 40.4bs (grand total 96)
    Goal weight: 220
