Walked w/DH this morning for 5.15 miles in 89 mins (7.38 total miles for 14,812 steps) then hit the gym for a killer 60 min workout w/our trainer.
Then went to see Ronan. SIL is sick again...ugh...
Eating is still off track. I have no one to blame but me...I think that's a song.

Chris I love songs! Is their a skinny song? I will do that one on Saturday. Walked for 30 minutes today. Hope the SIL feels better soon.
And if we do not get more snow tonight I will be doing upper body.

"Skinny Song" is an instrumental by Biohazard. Now remember, you asked for this, right?

Man! that hurt!

Chris,
Not as much as that dragon you sic'd on me. I'm still squeezing dragon slime out of my hair!
(did you listen to the whole thing? tee hee... )
paula0 -
Sorry about the dragon. I told him to behave. Can't take my eyes off him for a second!
Nopey, nope...didn't even get half way thru it.
Okay, went back and finished listening to it...my ears are bleeding now.
Chris0 -
Wish I could of seen the Dragon. Sounds like a real stinker. I can't see the song here at work. Will have to check it out at home later. But by the way Chris is talking.......
Shelley0 -
Yeah, listen to Chris. She took one for the team. Or do you like heavy metal? (Must admit to it myself.)
You can see the dragon in the Ilvermorny group if you want. It's in the "Care of Magical Creatures" thread. But believe me, it looks ten times worse from inside its mouth.

Paula why were you in its mouth? Did you want to get eaten? Or is that why you are haunting?
Shelley0 -
It snuck up on me! Ask Chris how it got there, I don't know.
It's not why I'm haunting though. That happened a long time ago (like about 12 weeks).
But it was good I'm ghostie because when it tried to eat me, they're was no body to chomp on, and I just ended up inside. Dark and yucky and full of stinky slimy stuff! Yuck!!!

I don't know where he came from. I don't know whose dragon he is. I just opened the door and there he was, smacking his lips and drooling hot slimy drool. I didn't know what to do, so I just stayed behind the door until things calmed down. Turned out he just wanted pets...nudged his hot nose at me and wanted me to pet him. Let me tell you, though...Bean knew I was petting someone/something else today. I had to wash my hands at least five times before he would let me pet him. He's so smart or the dragon is just really stinky.

That dragon was really awesome. Wish I could have me a dragon ride!

I did some weights and walked the boys yesterday. Still working on my bench press. But the stinking frozen shoulder is really an issue some days!
Shelley0 -
Sure hope your shoulder gets better, Shelley.
Chris0 -
Thank you so much Chris!
Shell0 -
It took my husband 3-4 months to work out his frozen shoulder. How long has yours been, Shelley? It feels like longer.
paula0 -
It has been a bit longer so far. But I think it depends on where in its time line you discover it. The onset is slow, then there is the middle part when it is really painful, then the recovery. I am definitely in the recovery phase. I first noticed it back in April. But it was still getting worse at that time. Putting on and off my coat forces me to use it more. That has been helpful!
Shelley0 -
Just remember your pain meds, Shelley. Do they interfere with your work? Derek was lucky in being semi-retired and able to work around it more easily.
Paula0 -
Pain meds Paula? I am not taking any. I would not be able to work. Hmmm, might have something there!
Shelley0 -
Ah, Shelley, how can you work through that pain without the meds???
