December and the Holidays!

I'm finding it really hard with all the parties that I'm attending. I'm trying to drink a lot of water to fill up my stomach. Any other suggestions?

I am not going to so many parties but last night, I was pretty careful with what I ate.1

I am vegetarian and gluten free - this makes holiday parties easy for me since eating 90% of the holiday offerings would leave me with 3 days in migraine hell which is a surprisingly strong incentive to keep away from them...if I get hungry at a party I go for fruit/veggie tray or just coffee, possibly wine if I'm not driving...0

Those are great ideas. Before I used to starve myself all day so that I could eat more at a party. But then I learned I make really bad choices when I do that!!0

I was up before Christmas but I am coming down again now. We have alot of celebrations before Christmas such as my husbands birthday, and our anniversary.I make Christmas Eve dinner and it is so much work it makes up for anything I eat that night. Luckily I have a week off now between Christmas and New Years so I can get in exercise and cook at home.0

I eat it all and drink it all, then I work it off. only time of year I really do let loose.0

We were on a trip. I *think* I did pretty well, but since we flew, I won't be weighing myself until tomorrow or tuesday. I usually see 3Lbs from an airplane flight, that usually leaves in a couple of days.0
