It's been awhile since I have been on MFP, I'm back for a refresher boot camp. :) Anyhow I remember when this group started with just a hand full of us crazy Paleo freaks, and how we were always defending our diet choice. Not sure if that is still a deal here or not. But wow headed to 9k members in our group. How cool is that?

    I took some time off and have recently returned. (100 days). I'm finding this group to be much quieter than it was. Could be paleo is becoming more accepted out in the forums? I haven't ventured back out there yet!
