    I actually did not lose weight fast (compared to others) on mf. But it was a stresdy loss. I find I'm really cranky those transition days when starting back on, which doesn't help keep me on track.

    I guess my question is MF worth it or should you just do keto/low carb? Or do you do MF to get to goal and then transition to keto/low carb essentially as a way of life. I know losing it and then going back to carbs/old ways is what has me starting again, darn it. But 2017 is my (our) year! :)

    I think it really depends on you and your situation. Going on MF was good for me. I had a lot of weight to lose and my body was in a bad state. Going on MF basically kickstarted my body and mind in the right direction.

    I just restarted this week. Going well so far except for the yucky transition into ketosis
