Down 1 pound. Still maintaining...even after too many latkes last night!0

Up yet another 2 lbs. Still under WW goal weight, but definitely in my red zone. Too many holiday sweets and snacks.0

I closed out the year with a +.2 blip.
My total loss for 2016 was -36.8# which is more than double my 2015 loss of -16#.
Now at 231, 199# my 2017 goal.
The struggle to lose a pound a week keeps me very aware that the program must be followed every day IF YOU WANT RESULTS.

I saw the highest number on the scale in some time now. I proved to myself that you can't eat anything and everything and not gain weight. Some revelation, huh? Will I do what it takes to get back down where I want to be? Time will tell.0

Didn't get to my meeting, but home weight up 5.4 over last week. Off the rails, and watching the train go by.

Down 12.9 lbs. Back down to 314.9. Went from mindless eating to mindful eating tracking WW Pts and Calories. Checking Sodium, Balance of Nutrition etc. Not worried about BMI at this point I know it's off the chart. Net gain for he year is + 6.7 lbs. However I hit a low in 2016 of 292.6 back on July 8th so really my is gain was 22.3 lbs for thew year. At least heading into the new year I feel like I have my head in the right place. Come on 2017 I' ready.0
