public url://www.fitbit.com/user/27FXHF. Anyone else from New England Patriots Land out there? I had LapBand surgery back in 2012, and am now at 214 lbs. Would like to get down to 185. Would be better for my joints, heart, spine, etc. Only exercise I like is Zumba or walking. Not into laying on a mat on the floor for any class. Bad about going to bed during the work week and getting 6 hours of sleep. Usually getting by on 5 to 5 1/2 hours per night. How much sleep do you recommend I should be getting? I try to catch up on my sleep on the weekends, so feel great on Monday. It's all downhill each day after Monday. Looking forward to not making the weight loss journey alone any longer.
