Challenge for the week?

Hi ladies, I am so excited to get back on MFP! I was thinking maybe it'll be good to have a challenge. Should it be for the week or month? And what kind of challenge? Aim for keeping your calories? Working out a certain number of days? It'll be good for some accountability:) let's throw some ideas around

I think a work out goal would be good.
I have a 30 day Challenge app on my phone. It has all the different challenges ab, butt, squat, cardio, arm, and push up ones. We can start a thread with the list in case it isn't available on all phone types2 -
Once everyone decides, I can put something under the "announcements," I think - kind of like a sticky so that it is easy to find.3

I like the idea of a weekly challenge or two maybe have one based on calories/food/logging and one based on excercise?3

I love the idea of a diet challenge and an exercise challenge each week, since people are all at various stages in their fitness journey. I think the first week is all about setting patterns and consistency, so what are some patterns that would help translate well to a long-term fitness goal? Seize, you mentioned drinking water, I liked that one because I've been so parched lately! Also maybe logging at least so many days in a week, or meeting calorie goal so many days. And exercise could either be certain exercises, or logging so many workouts, or so many steps, etc.5
