This and That....

This is where we will come and just let everyone know how we are all doing with the challenge. Or just to share what's on your mind. Recipes, ideas, workouts, anything that you think might be helpful to others. Maybe, you've tried something that has worked for you in the past and would like to share it with the group. Maybe, you have a NSV (Non Scale Victory) that you would like to share with the group. Anything that you feel comfortable sharing or anything that you feel comfortable asking the group with help....this is the place to come.
The GOOD!! What NSV did you have this week!!
The BAD!! So what....you ate the whole thing!!
The UGLY!! That darn scale went through the window this week....it deserved it too!!
What's on your mind today??

The Good
This year my resolutions are as follows:
For My Mind-Do something each month that works the mind, whether it is reading a book from start to finish, completing a puzzle or writing a story and then condensing it to 300 words ONLY.
For My Body-Get my waist down to 30 inches or less, lose my regain (approximately 25-27 pounds) and do a wall handstand all before the end of the year.
For My Spirit-Resume my voice lessons, seek out ways to get in more performance experience and look into joining the community choir.
The Great
My Mottos for the New Year are:
"Be stubborn about your GOALS and flexible about your methods."
"Find a way or make one!"
The Bad
After a month of not drinking Rockstar Energy drinks I went and got a 24oz giant can yesterday. UGH.
The Ugly
Already used a UACJ17 PASS on January 1st.

Heh, I been off the Rockstar for a couple of weeks except for on brief interlude day or so ago.1 -
I was drinking one everyday and getting up to two a day, more often than not! As I type I am finishing a 16oz one
Quit completely for 4 weeks had my first one a week ago and now with the 24 oz I had this past weekend and todays...

Rockstar - yeah, they got that cooler that holds them right by the checkout at walmart. So every time I was going to walmart I would find myself getting one. Then I find myself going to walmart more than once in a day. I think maybe Rockstar was calling me in there.
I can feel that rockstar in my heart though. I better lay off them for a while.1 -
YEAH all the grocery stores here have those convenient little coolers right at check-out also! The impulse buyers nightmare!
Other than the energy boost I don't necessarily notice them, but I know they are BAD for me, especially in excess. I drink the Zero Sugar ones with sucralose and I like that it has milk thistle, but still lots of preservative stuff and sodium in them...I need to keep it moderated for sure!
Glugging my water now!0
