Goals: 7000 steps daily. Log everything and stay green. Drink my water. (I have been awful about that over the holidays.)0

It is good to be back with you guys! Missed you!
I took a little break from logging, I think I needed the fresh start. I also started a new job a couple weeks ago, same company, different department. I'm really excited! Unfortunately my lunchtime workouts don't seem to fit within my new schedule so I have to figure that out. I've been really lax over the holidays and the scale and my snug clothes show it!!
Goals: for 2017 I want to do 201.7 miles, whether it's walking, running crawling whatever.
This month log, aim for a majority of days green (over 15). 2x a week lifting.0 -

Exercise, yes... I ran! So excited!!! Did 2 miles, a few walk breaks, and it was slow but I did it!
Rose Bowl party at a friends so knew I would be red, but I didn't go overboard. This should be the last of the food celebrations for a bit!
@MelissaPhippsFeagins, are you training for a race?0 -
@bbinoa yes, I am. It's not until April 1, but I am planning to do each training week twice in hopes of keeping my knee in better shape than usual when I run.1

Hey ladies! I didn't know we were back here. I'm glad I checked. It's nice to be back.
@MelissaPhippsFeagins Happy Birthday!!! I hope you celebrate it fully.
@bbinoa Congrats on the new job and running!!!1 -
Overall Monthly Goals:
Drink 9 cups of water
Log all meals and snacks
Exercise at least 4 times per week
As you can see, I didn't put a number by my goal. I want to spend this month just getting back in the swing of things. I'll check in daily though.

Hey, friend! Good to see you!!0 -
It's nice to be back with the gang. @MelissaPhippsFeagins
I wasn't green today, but thankfully, I've been on track all week. Also, I believe I only drank 8 cups of water today. It's hard to drink water when I'm in the office. It's always a little cool, and I'm instantly not thirsty. I'll be green tomorrow though and drink 10 cups of water to make up for today.
Hope you ladies had a fantastic day.0 -
Welcome back @Laughter_Girl! Yep, we're here!!!!
I think this month is definitely a get back on track month. I'm trying to log, move more, make some good choices etc.1 -

No exercise... I pulled something in my back drying my hair. Completely pathetic!!! Seriously, how does that happen??
0 -
@bbinoa Oh, no! I'm sorry to hear that. I've had a few back problems in my life, and it's not fun. Don't feel pathetic. My doctor told me that something as little as sneezing can throw a back out of whack.
Hopefully, you'll be feeling better real soon.0 -

@bbinoa running is going well, for a person with a bad knee. I am going to repeat week on starting tonight. Slow and steady is the plan.0 -
Ladies! I realized yesterday that I've been M.I.A. from the group. I guess I haven't gotten back into the swing of things with this group just yet. Glad you two are forging on.
So, I've still been doing the following:
1. Logging everything - That doesn't mean all my days have been Green though.
2. Drank a green shake everyday except one I think...maybe two
3. Drank 8 - 10 cups of water
4. Exercised consistently
@MelissaPhippsFeagins Congrats on running! C25K is tough, but you can do it.
@bbinoa I hope your back is better. Yes, exercising in the cold is a bust. I'm ready to move to a warmer climate. Ha, ha, ha.0 -
