Does anybody else have the issue of following a keto recipe online, plugging it in to MFP, and MFP says the carbs are way more than the recipe claims? I made some wonderful keto empanadas tonight, and the recipe said it was 7.5 carbs per serving. But MFP says 57.8!!! Which do I believe? Can I adjust the macros?

I have been told that when choosing the ingredient on mfp you need to make sure it was verified to be more accurate. You can always check the nutrition on each item before adding it to make sure it sounds accurate by clicking on the nutrition button below the food description. I hope this helps.

I agree...I've noticed that when I choose an ingredient in MFP the calories, fat, carbs, etc. are not accurate, so I usually just add my own.

Yes, I'm not sure how or what folks are entering information from when they enter it into MFP but there's a lot of discrepancy.
