I use this chicken marinade on all my chicken lately because it's so flavorful and the chicken tastes good on everything.

Both marinades sound fantastic. I like to make my own seasoning and I use that as a base for just about everything I cook. In a food processor, I blend:
olive oil
sea salt
garlic
onions
cilantro
parsley
carrots, if I have
ginger
sweet peppers
celery
Even though I use sea salt, the mixture isn't salty. I often have to add a little extra salt to whatever I'm cooking but I like that because I can control my salt intake. I make a big tub of this seasoning and add it to all of my meats, fish, shrimp, etc. I'm not a fan of green beans but my daughter loves them so I make them a few times a month. I use this seasoning mixture and I'm able to tolerate the green beans. I prefer fresh seasoning over powdered ones. I have powdered seasonings but use them sparingly.0
