Hello Please free to share your week's goals here. I am trying to get my weight under 197 and currently weigh just under 199 lbs. I also want to continue logging and try and be below my calorie goal because currently I am eyeballing everything.

My goals this week are to track everything I eat, and go to the gym and workout in the pool for at least 30 minutes three times this week.1

My goal this week is to be out of the 300's and be at 299 by thursday of this week on my weigh in at the nutritionist. Will be so happy to be out of this 300 lifestyle knowing that I am heading down.0
