This is my first time setting up a group on MFP. So I would like to say - it's definitely under construction for the moment I'm working on it. If there is anyone you would like to invite to this group - message me or comment below. If you have any ideas, etc. please feel free to share.

I am part of another group that is supposed to do nightly check ins to say how you did that day with calories, and what your workout was. It sounded like a good idea. To keep each other accountable, not just during a weekly weigh in, bit every day. It would work better if the group leader actually made the discussion every day though and she doesn't. Anyways, it is just a suggestion. I think this is a great group for motivation and support.1
