For those of us who started January 1 or 2, how did the first week go? I was very good Monday through Friday, and was a little over my daily calorie goals over the weekend. I rode the exercise bike for 30-45 minutes 5 days. With that, I was able to drop almost 2 pounds my first week. I know about a pound of that was holiday bloat, but it's good motivation to keep going.

    I need to buy a scale. Ive been doing good. Sunday was bad. Dhs grandmas cooking and we had chili for dinner. Havent started working out might not tell February. Want to have my eating more controlled first.

    The first week was great. The second week I subbed all 5 days and gained two pounds that I'm hoping is mainly water weight from not being able to drink/pee as much... We'll find out next week when I only sub one 1/2 day. Whew!
