Welcome to week #1 of our healthy habits and weight management program!! On Monday, January 9 you should weigh yourself on a company scale and enter your starting weight in MyFitnessPal. You should also set your weight goal in MyFitnessPal. All you need to do this week is become familiar with MyFitnessPal. Go ahead and start using the app. I know you're going to like it!

Weighed in offically on company scales fully dressed in uniform,wallet,keys,safety shoes. Only 1 lb difference then home scale and original home weight. So that ,said i lost 3.5 lbs since Thursday last week.3
