    My oldest was sick today, which meant I couldn't put her in the childcare room at the gym. I find classes so much more motivating than independent workouts, but I got my butt on the treadmill while the kids vegged out on the couch with a movie. I'm determined to take a class tonight!

    I am recovering from being sick, so I didn't work out yesterday or today. I have met all my calorie goals for both days, though..and I am pretty positive I will feel better tomorrow. I am excited to get a great workout in. I am down 4 lbs since I started a week and a half ago, so I am pretty motivated to get back into the swing of things.

    I was sick for weeks! Trust me I know. This is my first week back at working out since before christmas. I'm twice as motivated now. (: Good that you still stayed on track with nutrition.
  • Today I did 30min on the crossramp at the gym. and 20 minutes of HIIT. I'm super sore today. I have a busy schedule tomorrow. School and clinicals from 930 am - 1100 pm. I'm risin and shinin early to get that workout in and meals packed. My daily calories are 1600. I only ate about 1350 today. I was so full today! But, I ate two healthy meals (I woke up LATE so this kind of eliminated breakfast for me).

    Yesterday was a full day for me too! But looking back at my diary it was full of carbs. I think I need to focus on cleaner eating, but right now I'm proud of myself for staying within calories. I did get to kickboxing last night. Felt so much better than a boring treadmill workout. I am fed up with the excessive amounts of candy my mom sent us home with in our stockings. This morning I dumped it all in the trash. I kept going home and grabbing a handful. Hope your busy day goes by quickly @PrincessMangoxChicago! And I hope you're feeling much better today @Khloris! Congrats on the weight loss so far!

    Today I did 30min of personal training and will do another 20-30 minutes of HIIT at home for a challenge that I'm doing. Super sore but I'm gonna go for it. I ate just shy of my 1600 calories and I'm super full again. Whenever I wake up late and eat a late breakfast .. it kills my appetite for the day. :/ can't do that anymore. This week, as it's coming to a close, I'm super happy I've been active every day and stuck with my 21 day challenge. Looking forward to that rest day on saturday!
