String cheese or those 80 cal packs of pistachios... You have to shell them yourself which slows you down and makes the whole process more satisfying.0

Lite babybels, applesauce, apples, grapes, and lots of water.0

Apples, grapes and blueberries on the fruit side of things.
Bell peppers and baby carrots are there when I'd rather had some veggies.
Rice cakes and PB2 when I need something with a bit of peanut butter.0 -

Apples! Individual packs of Goldfish crackers when I'm feeling a need for salty - 130 calories so not too bad.0

I absolutely adore edamame! I get Pictsweet steamable pods, and while the sea salt ones are my favorite (I'm a salt fiend, sigh), the cracked pepper ones are fantastic too, and muuuch lower in sodium!0

Apples are good. Clementines, grapes, bananas. I like string cheese if I want something different. PB2 is petty awesome as well.0
