So I've been living Keto for 2 weeks now...Overall feeling good, tummy is shrinking working the .25 pack , clothes are The biggest thing that is gonna keep me living Keto is the satiety level, more benefits to come I hope....In the past with restricted diets, I always fought the late night binge...I'm a 6'3" 275+ lb guy and fighting to keep a 2000 calorie intake, udos oil/mct oils are a staple, protein from powder and meat, carbs are coming from greens.....Dinner tonight was Ribeye\Sauteed Kale in Coconut oil and garlic, and some avocado...I plan to add some exercise to keep balance health wise, preserve some lean muscle, while in deficit ...I think there is some hidden somewhere... I'll go on waiting for that first roadblock, it's gotta be somewhere, until then I'm enjoying early success....Thank you all for the good information I've been feasting on...

For me strength training at least twice a week is crucial to preserving muscle mass when I'm eating at a deficit. Hopefully there will be no roadblocks, some folks don't have them, but if they do pop up this place is full of great ideas to get around them!3

Electrolytes! Keep on 'em. Especially when you start to get more active.

The no hunger aspect of this non-diet is part of what won me over too!!
And the lack of hangries.
And a slew of other things.
Oh yeah, and weight loss!5 -

Do you find scheduling your carbs around training to be helpful? Thanks!0 -

Using magnesium and Potassium Chloride supplements.. Just made my own batch of Potassium Chloride gelcaps, about 400mg\cap.I use only if I know I'm not getting enough from foods, especially when I'm out of town...Note took first one on an empty stomach, not a good idea, cramping within 5 minutes, much better with food in the belly....Thank you for the reference1 -
