    I will lose 10-15 pounds by March 11, 2017 by getting more workouts in each week and limiting my late night snacking. #Springbreakbeachbody B)

    I am going to eat more fruit and vegetables by making a list of servings for each day and crossing them off when I eat them throughout the day.
