The most important tool in weight loss is what we eat. Sure exercise is important but food is number one. We HAVE to eat to live, so that demon we face daily. This mini goal is one I want you to embrace throughout this entire challenge. It's not going to be easy, and at times not fun but it will help you see what works and what doesn't. I want you to track everything that passes your lips, the good, the bad and the ugly. That means, food, snacks, water, soda, gum..everything. Track as if everyone is watching. Of course you can cheat, but in the end your only cheating yourself. Who's ready to be completely honest with themselves? Join me and let's get to tracking!

This is for the length of the challenge. Of course its up to you how long you want to do it. I think its a good way to review week to week whats working and what might not be0

I've been diligent in tracking since I started MFP in September. This has been the most effective tool in showing me just how much every little bite adds up. It also shows where you are lacking or going overboard in nutrients. This challenge is a great reminder to keep it up!1

I've been slacking like crazy with my food logging for the past year. I'm definitely going to be a lot more proactive at tracking my food. I'm in!1

I'm in too! I love mini challenges -- they give me that extra push to excel. I like to prove people wrong, to win, even if only against myself1
