Thank you for allowing me to join your group! I'm on day 1 of the 30DS. I took before pictures and will post new ones on day 11.

    That's great! I'm 5'4" 148lbs as of today. Lost 2lbs since I started. I'm on day 3 of my 30DS. On day 11, I'll be posting my stats and pictures, I'm excited to see others!

    I did day two of 30DS today. :D I'm 5'5" and 150Ibs.

    I am 5'4" and was 150lbs when I started. I'm down to 145.2 and I'm on day 6! You can do it!!!!! How's your progress?
