A little late to the game!
I'm on day 3 of level one! Hard but worth it!! I'm determined to move more!! I'm also doing beginner rebounding routines. I used to be a long distance runner and boy have I fallen off the wagon!

Day 6
Well, I'm on day 6 of my shred. As of today, I was able to do everything pretty well, I think. Push ups are still super hard for me though. I have managed to lose 6lbs in these day.
