Feeling defeated and discouraged is NORMAL. We all go through good days and bad days. Remind yourself why you want to lose weight. Why you want to get fit. Or why you want to live a healthier life style. It takes TIME and patience. Its HARD...but encourage others and in the process itll encourge you.0
