Well, I'm on day 6 of my shred. As of today, I was able to do everything pretty well, I think. Push ups are still super hard for me though. I have managed to lose 6lbs in these day. That's with following my calorie intake and doing my shred every day with no break. I still plan to do it everyday until my 30 days are up and I'm moving on to her "Ripped in 30". I can't wait until the 11th to do my measurements. I don't really see a difference yet, only in weight!! You guys have got this!!! Keep pushing!!!
