Sharing a Keto Bomb

In trying to eat keto, one of my weaknesses is something sweet in the evening, so I thought I'd share one of my favorite keto fat bomb solutions. I adapted a recipe I found after listening to a Tim Ferris podcast and have found it more than satisfying. We call it "Keto Sludge," and the below recipe tends to be shared between two of us:
1 cup sour cream (full fat, of course)
2 tbsp Hershey's dark chocolate cocoa powder
pinch of salt
about 6 drops of liquid stevia (powdered stevia also works) to taste
cinnamon to taste, if desired
stir all of this up and refrigerate for a bit and enjoy! The adaption I mention is sometimes using different flavored liquid stevia drops among other variations. I'm new (again) to keto, but my significant other has steadily lost weight on keto, and he eats this dessert treat maybe 2 or 3 times per week.
