I was the same way, I started doing just low carb and began stalling so I started eating 2 meals a day but that wasn't enough so now I'm eating OMAD (One Meal A Day) with one complete fasting day and I'm losing again3

no real surprise that the rag lied - everything she did flies in the face of the conventional mainstream religion... um 'wisdom' about the 'correct' way to lose weight. Congrats to her for finding her way, in spite of her doctors!3

What is your macro breakdown for your one meal? what time are you eating at? I am very interested in this but want to make sure I am getting enough in at my one meal.0 -

I would not necessarily say common but definitely not unheard of. Some people try it and they really have to force themselves to create a fasting window but, on the other hand, you have people that are doing it unintentionally because they are simply not hungry. Some people incorporate it to break plateaus and some people like IF because it's just easier for their lifestyle. So I can't say if it's common or not but definitely no secret that it's being done.1 -

We posted a story about Gina this week, and after this blog post, People Magazine contacted her and asked that this story be removed. I do not want Gina to get into trouble, so I have removed it.
People strikes again - not only by not telling the truth but by suppressing the truth as well... no wonder trust in the media has completely tanked!
For @jassnip - the gist of the response to the People article was that they mis-represented everything about her diet - transforming it from a combined keto/IF diet that worked back to a mainstream eat multiple times a day with truckloads of 'good' carbs standard mainstream crap-shoot.

I don't count anything, I just make sure my plate is full of mostly low carb high fat food...Last night I had a pizza wrap made with a low carb wrap, Hamburg, sausage, mozzarella and pizza sauce with sour cream on the side...I posted a picture on the OMAD forum.0 -

Yeah, it is so hilarious. People claimed she was doing small meals through out the day (normally that was 6 a day) but in reality she was doing 2 a day.
I tried that small meals throughout the day and it was the most spectacular failure of any diet I've ever tried. And that's pretty bad coming from me because I even lost weight on Weight Watchers despite being so spectacularly hungry all the time that I was eyeing up my children for possible meals;)
For People to claim the absolute opposite of what she said is such awfulness. No wonder Americans are having an obesity epidemic.3 -

I felt like I was the only one that couldn't do the 6 meals a day thing. I don't know how anyone can do it, really. It's constantly eating, and I never felt full!1
