Last Week: 310.2 lbs
This Week: 311.2 lbs (+1.0 lbs)

Starting GFB weight: 359.4
Total lost with Team GFB: 48.2 lbs (grand total 103.8)
Goal weight: 220

Well, for whatever reason this last week was a bit of a failure for me with a gain. I thought my eating was on point but I still gained a pound. It was stressful at times, so could be that, or could be that it will show up on the scale next week. Once again trying to add a bit more exercise and activity as well, but I don't have a good streak of sticking to that.

Hey Squirrelnaut, I am right with you on the +1 pound club. Don't let it get to you too much, your history there shows you've made some awesome progress.

I'm thinking I got to find a new workout time until the new year rush ends. Couldn't find parking and had to come back. Glad everyone is working on themselves but wish there were more morning people so I could get in after work. Haha.

    Best wishes to all.

Yeah id love to get more going on but it's kinda how it goes I guess. Been pulling 25+ hours of OT every week. What do you think of maybe making month long weigh in and you can just keep updating when you want. Or does the weekly thing keep you in line?

I hope no one minds but I thought I'd add my first Monday weigh in on this thread. I currently stand at 91.5kg or 202lbs.

Squirrel, as the others have said don't let a 1lb gain get you down. To put it into perspective 1lb is about 450 grams or two decent chicken breasts. It's literally that small. Your weight could change by that 1lb over a day depending on when you weigh yourself too. For example after a meal, after drinking fluids or even before going to the toilet!

One other thing to know is that as you lose fat it gets progressively more difficult to continue to lose because you have less to lose overall.

Definitely don't mind! These threads are for everybody that wants to join!

Yeah, I really try to keep that in mind. But clearly I still have a looong way to go so I was hoping it would be a bit longer before things slowed down too much.
