Just saying hi, new here. I'm Beth, age 45 (soon to move on), and beginning yet another journey in fitness and weight loss. Have about 25 lbs to lose so not that bad but, sticking Perth exercise is my problem. Started with a trainer today and I think I'll enjoy it. Currently full time mom, student, nurse, and look after my horses in my free time (lol). My challenge is to find that time to exercise.

Hope you are able to make time for working out. Schedules can be tough.
